Never use this company, paid for a new stair lift in September 2021 developed a fault after a few months. We were advised it had been fitted incorrectly by them. Then they never completed the repair despite repeated phone calls.

We were then left with a stair lift that would not work at all. After my father in law passed away we were offered a joke reimbursement for the removal of the lift which was only just over 10% of the purchase price even though it was installed in correctly by them.

There was no point in us having a 2 year warranty as they don’t even fix something after 3 months.

Customer service is no existent as they don’t respond to phone calls and when you get through they never ring back as the person you need to speak to is not there.

It’s shame you can’t give 0 stars for a company as I would never use these again if needed and would advise everybody else to not use them.

My Stairlift finally gave up on me, not bad considering it was 15 years old, i called my local mobility company and they were round that day to help. Unfortunately the engineer found the motor to be faulty, beyond repair. I decided on a new stairlift which was a lot quieter and smaller. Newbury Mobility fitted it the next day many thanks to the engineer who liked my coffee.
