I was looking for a mobility scooter and came across mobility giant. So friendly and helpful and all done online so easy. Hiring a scooter from them was the best thing I done. They advised what would be best for me guided me through the hiring no pushy salesman all so easy to arrange. Delivered free of charge delivery man showed me the full controls of the scooter and details of breakdown cover. Shop staff fast response and always friendly. Great prices affordable to hire all round a great service.

Mobility Giant is a fantastic business to deal with. They are exceedingly efficient and professional from start to finish, from ordering to delivery. Their customer service is exceptional; they are really helpful, courteous, and go above and above to assist you. I would strongly suggest them, and I just wanted to express my gratitude.

Hi Guys steer clear of this company if you want to hire any products warning they do a credit check which many may know that Motability do not nor does wheelfreedom which i have a car and a new mobility scooter with.

It seems that this so called for disabled for a small folding car boot scooter that is second hand they want to Credit check you well if that is the case many disabled in the uk would not have a car or Scooter with this outfit.

I purchased a TGA Eclipse scooter from Mobility giant, for a brilliant price it was like new.

The knowledge of the products is great and can not be faulted. I was advised which scooter would be best for my needs, I had no knowledge of scooters, size, distance covered, type, ease of assembly and how to dissemble. Would it even fit in my car boot. Yes they are heavy, fine when travelling with carer or family.

This was my first purchase of such product, at 46 I never thought this would be the case. Having brain surgery totally changed my life, without warning.

Mobility giant were great every step of the way. If your thinking of a scooter please give them a call, don't be afraid. They even replaced my batteries when I developed a problem.

Given the majority of reviewers agree that this company offer a superb service, there is probably no need to write yet another review about Mobility Giant! However, I would say that if you are considering using a mobility scooter for the first time you may have issues about making the leap, and would probably value expert unpressured advice about which machine to buy or rent. For this, I would definitely advise giving Mobility Giant a ring after visiting their website to discuss your needs. They have scooters which may not be advertised yet. They will ask you about usage, your weight, height size etc. and direct you to your best option. Their scooters are second hand but in new condition, serviced and supplied with new batteries and probably retail at half the price of a new one. They do all the necessary paperwork including registering with DVLA if appropriate, and provide 6 months warranty and 3 months free insurance. I cannot say how happy I am with the machines I have bought from them, which have given me (and my dog!) a new lease of life.

I have today received my order of two mobility scooters, one a Pride Go-Go for the use in the car and the other a Pride Colt deluxe for the use around town.

What an excellent service! When I ordered the machines I must admit I was a bit sceptical not knowing anything about the company. However, I had no need to worry as Mobility Giant kept me informed how my order was progressing and also texted me the information when I should expect delivery. On the delivery day, I received a phone call telling me what time the delivery would be and true to their word the vehicle arrived on time. The driver unloaded the machines and assisted with the unpacking with an explanation of how to operate each machine.

All I can say is, well done mobility giant, what a wonderful service you supply.

Mobility giant have done it again this is the second time I have brought mobility equipment and they are honest with their advice spend time over the phone and face to face explain everything you need to know over and over again until you are happy. It was delivered by one guy who was a credit to the company and I spoke to another on the phone who gave some honest advice. I could not be happier .

Recently placed an order via phone for a kymco maxi xl scooter with mobility giants the scooter arrived with me on the Thursday (I placed the order on a Monday) and was wonderful. The young man delivering spent 20 minutes explaining the functions which I was very grateful for.
