Great Customer Service
I have been buying contact lenses from this company for years. All of my orders always arrive on time, the customer support staff are so helpful and with my last order I made a mistake. I ordered two separate items on the same day and wanted both to be delivered via One Day Delivery.
Today, I actually received an e-mail from www.contactlenses.co.uk and they told me about this mistake and said if I wanted then they would turn these two orders into one order with One Day
Delivery (so I would be refunded £5). I called the Customer Service line about this and they did it so quickly, professionally and politely.
As well as this, the soft contact lenses are decent quality and are little as £8. Great value items and quick deliveries.

No Show
Ordered my contact lenses a few days ago, got an email telling me what day my contacts will be delivered. Which was today, they did not give me a time so I've had to wait in all day just to not recieve them. Not happy at all, there websites says they tell you a time slot for delivery which I could not see anywhere. I am going to have to wait in another day and not know if they will turn up.

Disaster Ordering Just Solution
August 2, 2011. It's been more than a week since I first tried to order some contact lens solution from www.contactlenses.co.uk and it still has not arrived.
First I went through the order on a Monday night, the web site was completely messed up, every time I clicked on a link or an action button, the next page would be the home page, I would restart my order and suddenly appear on the next page as if I had not been sent to the home page. Strangely verifying my card details opened up a new page in a fresh tab instead of a dialogue in an existing web page. Eventually I thought I'd completed the order but I was wrong. After waiting a work day, I called on a Wednesday to enquire, only to find out that my order was not processed, payment was pending and so a new order was created.
I could not get a satisfactory explanation for the problem on Monday night from the person I talked with so I sent an email, the reply stated that there were 'payment signal' problems but it was far more than that.
I expected with a Wednesday order with first class mail delivery that I might receive my order by last Friday but it still had not arrived. I called today, Tuesday August 2 only to be told that they had to wait a week for delivery before reissuing the order. So I will now have to wait another day to call again and hope to receive my order by this Friday at least a week late.
I am the manager of Contactlenses.co.uk and I would like to sincerely apologise for the difficulties you have experienced. We recently upgraded our site and for a few days we did have some problems, however these have all now been resolved. We pride ourselves on our customer service and as you can see from the previous reviews these high standards are usually met. I am sorry that on this occasion we seem to have fallen short and that your order was not received in a timely manner.

I am the Manager of Contactlenses.co.uk and I am very sorry to hear that you have had these difficulties with your order. We recently updated our site and we did have a few problems, for a couple of days, but these have all been resolved now.
With regards to your order not arriving, please accept my apologies for this. We do offer free First Class delivery with Royal Mail. While in most cases this only takes a day or 2, we ask customers to wait a week before we re-despatch as often the package arrives, is at the local sorting office or with a neighbour. After this time we are always happy to send out a replacement order.
As you can see from previous reviews we usually offer an excellent service and our very proud of this. And I am sorry that we have fallen short on this occasion.

Great Company And Product Been Using Them For Near
great company and product been using them for nearly 3 years and they never fail to deliver. They now made boxes smaller so that they fit through most letter boxes. if i order them friday morning they get here saturday for my night out. im always getting complemints as i were the sapharre blue ones. even though i am black people never can quite work out if they are my real eye colour. keep up the good work .

I've Been A Daily Contact Lens Wearer For A Few Ye
I've been a daily contact lens wearer for a few years now but always had them delivered by optician but I always ended up with way too many lenses as I don't wear them every day, a friend suggested I try contactlenses.co.uk as they will only send lenses when I need them in the quantities I want. Anyway to cut a long story short I ordered just one box of Focus Dailies which contained 30 lenses i.e.15 pairs, but that would only work if like me you are the same power in each eye. My contact lenses arrived next day. It was probably a week later that I actually wore a pair and realised I couldn't see!! I phoned contactlenses co uk and asked them what was the problem and the man on the phone checked my order and asked me a few questions about my previous lenses then informed me I had ordered + instead of - . I apologised and asked if anything could be done, he said no problem, he gave me a RMA number I had to quote and told me to simply return all lenses to them and they would send out some replacements. My replacements arrived next day free of charge, I must admit I felt a bit guilty as I hadn't yet returned my lenses to them. I couldn't believe their level of customer service, not only did they replace lenses free of charge that I had opened but they did so before I had returned my order. So I can't praise them highly enough, great service definitely better than I would get at my opticians.

Have been using contactlenses.co.uk for about a year now. I have always found the prices to be low, especially as they offer free delivery. My lenses arrive quickly and I have never had any problems. I changed from another supplier as with them my lenses were out of stock several times and I had long delays. With contactlenses.co.uk you can see if your lenses are in stock or not. I would happily recommend this company.

Can anyone comment on quality of lenses and the letter printed on the lenses? I have used lenses for ages but they all are without any printed letters on them.
