Within weeks my daughter was seen and reassured that he could quickly resolve her swollen glands. His clinic staff were really friendly and supportive to my concerns and worries. Our appointment was on time and there was no delays whatsoever to our appointment. Within a few weeks after the initial appointment we had already received notification of my daughters surgical arrangements. On the day, the staff and consultants were very caring and supportive to my daughters worries. They made sure she felt safe and confident at all times with their procedure.
