Weight Talk is clean and fresh looking, good meal plans and I cna follow the bespoke exercise plan easily. Overall, it's a sensible way to weight loss and a healthier lifestyle is where it's pitching at, rather than short term fad dieting or calorie counting.

As it's a new site the forum is a little quite but I'm sure it will pick up. Could do with more articles

Cheap registration and full of great content. Excellent exercise plans, and meal plans, complimented by a shop with what feels like thousands of products. Easy to navigate and the memership area is pretty cheap. THere are no bad points.
