TurboJam is definitely going to change how we think of exercise. Its a combination of muscle-moving elite dance forms that are so easy. The beat goes easily with the music that you just feel more energy. I have lost 50 lbs and just getting into the routine was fun. It's cardiovascular, body-toning, and is combined with balance and kickbox moves, yet safe enough for all ages.
