Good to Know diet

Im 38 and I have been on every diet I can remember, Im unable to go to these diet meetings or wanting to go for that matter. As usually they are very patronising and full of boring women.

This diet I find very easy to access and payment easy to make,im very impressed really easy to follow, the tracker is brilliant and once you get all your foods in your favourite list which is very easy to do. it only takes minutes a day to plan what im going to eat.

What I think is a good idea is that you can also make up your own meals and it caculates the cals and fats, so easy to do. Also another great thing you can do is type in last four digits of barcode and in most cases gives your the calorie content for the portion size that you require, and if its not in their data base you just manually fill it in and save.

So I wsould strongly recommend this diet so cheap to do and so far I have been very successful and its the best diet I have ever followed

This Good To Know Diets site offers a diet service - online trackers, tips advice and meal plans - apparently! I paid £23.95 for an 8 week stint and couldnt even log in. I emailed and they didnt respond - i did telephone them and they were incompetent at best. They couldnt sort out my log in problems and then wouldnt issue my refund and said it wsant in the terms and conditions. Luckily i remembered the terms and conditions that stated there is a cooling off period of 7 days and if you are not happy you get your money back less £5.95. I havent had my money back and nobody wants to handle my call. One person who answered stuttered so much and clearly couldnt handle my complaint i felt sorry for her and called back and spoke to someone else. Ridiculous.
