I emailed Smiles better asking twice for a copy of their complaints policy as had exhausted trying to get the matter resolved, both requests were ignored. It would appear they go very quiet when they are unable to deal with anything other than taking a customer’s money, they had no issues contacting me when they wanted payment originally when I paid over two thousand pounds for treatment.
