Ross Campbell Dental Surgeon, Norwich

I visited Ross Campbell for an emergency repair on a damaged front tooth. The dentist asked me which tooth it was to which I replied it will be obvious when you look at it. He asked me to touch the top of my lip with my mouth closed to show him which tooth. I did this and without further questioning he went to work whilst chatting idly to his two assistants asking them where they were going tonight etc. He showed little or no respect for his patient and I was made to feel like a straggler. After completing his work, he informed me that he was more concerned about a second tooth that was about to drop out. I was quoted £254 to restore this tooth and charged £127 for the first one. When I got home I realised that the tooth which I had thought he had fixed still had jagged edges I went back the next day and was informed that he had fixed a different tooth. he said, well you pointed like this. placing his finger on the outside of his lip. I had to go back the next day and pay the further charge of £254. I think Ross should improve his attitude towards patients and show them a little more respect maybe then he will not get the wrong tooth
