council is made of pen pushers and lawyers and all linked to that profession whose only job is to create opportunities for itself and use money from dental profession and government for self prosperity.

as the mistrust grows it helps them to stay in business and appear them to be working in public interest. Perfect example of over regulation .

Don't think for one minute that these people will be fair with your complaint against your dentist. They SAY they are independent.. I say, poppycock.

I have withdrawn my complaint because I simply do not trust them; I have heard from reliable sources that they uphold the dentist you are complaining about.

I wrote to their Chief Executive requesting a meeting with her; was told she had declined.. so, draw your own conclusions..
