Elite look after my father, I am so happy with the great service received. His home carers are always very friendly and he very much looks forward to their visits twice a day. I find the office easy to contact and his care package was organised well, with an assessment and informative literature.

I really am glad that I can be safe in the knowledge that he is in his own home, with his own possessions. He suffers from Dementia so having his pictures and things around him helps a lot. Elite try to ensure the same staff go to my father each day, but obviously sometimes there are folks on holiday and cover is needed.

I have recommended Elite to my friends and just wanted to put this review here. You hear so many scare stories about home care but my fathers carers are really second to none.
