I was recommended by a friend to try this out. I had back pain, sore knees and lack of good mobility. First place the staff, management are just unreal. Very helpful always explaining what they are doing and where it is suppose to help me. Ive been going now for 3 months or so now. In this time frame my mobility has gotten so much better, no back pain anymore and my knee pain is gone. All this just with them stretching me out each session.
