I have been a patient for a good few years. I have fibromyalgia and degeneration in my hips which causes an awful lot of day to day problems for my mobility and mentality. I have seen doctors, physios, specialists and had injections and many different medications but the only reliable source of support and relief I have had has come from the Return 2 Health Chiropractic Clinic staff. the level of care they provide is above and beyond. my monthly visits to the clinic are what keep me going and, knowing what I know now, I highly recommend everyone get their back checked out...also take this little moment to thank the R2HCC team for all the time and effort they put into looking after me and all their patients...I really think I would have given up by now if I didn't have you ladies! ;) x

I've been seeing [name removed] from the Return 2 Health Chiropractic Clinic in Barry, near where I live, and I have to say that the results I've had are brilliant. I have have suffered with neck and back pain for many years after a car accident but since I've been seeing [name removed] I have seen a massive improvement in terms of less pain and more manoeuvrability of my shoulders and neck. Having used painkillers daily for many years to suppress the pain I am now happy to say that I don't use painkillers at all for my back or neck, which is fantastic for me.
