Central Quay Is A Ten To Fifteen Minute Walk Into

Central Quay is a ten to fifteen minute walk into the City Centre - it is just off the main ring road so everywhere is very well lit - you feel safe walking around here. Central Quay is shared by both Hallam and the University of Sheffield students. As they offer 52 week contracts they are swamped with international students. This usually means it is harder to make friends, especially for Freshers. Once you have taken up occupation of your accommodation you lose any right to be released from the Tenancy Agreement. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have the full Univeristy experience, as they will not. Luckily I live about 45 minutes away from Sheffield and am considering moving back home but still paying the £3784 for the year - it is making me that miserable, I am afraid that this will reflect in my studies.
