This happened to us as well. Always paid on time, in advance, but when we withdrew our child (having given the appropriate notice) they refused to return our £400 retainer. I had to threaten legal action before they would pay. Parents beware...send your child somewhere else.

Do Not Send Your Children To This Nursery. We Sen
Do not send your children to this nursery. We sent our daughter here and when we left the nursery refusesd to return our 900gbp bond. It has been 6mths and they refuse to return it despite having paid all our fees on time. Parents beware.
