They completely ignore my emails, never sent my certificate of completion despite me asking A LOT, the website is terrible and the support throughout the course is nil.

Shoddy. You receive a folder of reading material, but absolutely no instruction on how to get started, the website is not easy to navigate and only one of my assignments was returned on time - I had to chase them up on 6 occasions. Every time I logged in, there were supposedly 50 or so students online - PAH, yea right! Truly awful organisation, avoid at all costs. More hassle than its worth- pay the extra and do a proper course.

This looks like a spin off of My distance Learning which is getting bad reviews all over the Internet including Net Mums now trying to hide behind another name, surprise surprise!

Cheap courses not worth anything and you have to print your own certificate.

Like me you should do your research carefully and stay away, I will be opting for a BTEC course.

There are good Distance Learning companies about so check with the Ofqual, NCFE or any other reputable provider before buying a course.

I have completed my course months ago received no certificate or responses as to why.

they have taken my money, I've loads of work for nothing

my tickets have been returned to me and messages "stopped by admin"

my course was never accredited I've now discovered and NFCE are reviewing their involment with them!

I have completed various distance learning courses over the years. Most recently I have studied with Prestige Home Learning.

The course was well written and structured, after completing I feel empowered.

My assignments were marked promptly and the feedback always positive and encouraging, I found my tutor Mr Cole an inspiration and hope to study under his guidance again in the future.

I have just completed my course (health & social care)and have enjoyed every minute, the course was exactly what I have been looking for. It was well structured, Level 3 & very easy to understand, certainly would recommend it - and have done - to friends & family.
