I cannot stress strongly enough that if you're seeking a quality online Masters degree in Business and Management, look elsewhere. Check with the authorities in your location whether Kaplan Online Learning, Leeds, UK, meets the requirements to be a provider of Masters degrees.

You're allowed to request a refund within 21 days, but bear in mind, you don't start the course until the 3rd week, so by the time you realise how low the quality is, it's too late. That said, if you pay by instalments, you could write off the 375 pounds of the first instalment, which, in retrospect, would have been the best course of action.

You'll find that staff will be far more polite and respectful during those first three weeks, than later on, once you're well into the course.

It's a low priced Masters in comparison with other online Masters, but remember the saying: you get what you pay for.

I found the support for the Course excellent. Although I may have to continue my studies at a later date, due to personal circumstances, my course tutor has been understanding and supportive. My experience with another distance learning online course did not leave me feeling confident about doing something similar, but Kaplan has restored by confidence, that such courses can be successful.
