My daughter needed to retake her Biology GCSE and we needed a tutor to assist with this. Examtuition.com has a comprehensive website and guarantee so we signed up expecting tuition for our daughter. What we got was passed papers, illegible marking , feedback that lacked encouragement , no telephone or video call contact , and overall negativity . Exam tuition English course gives you many different assignments and individual help, whereas other companies offer only a few assignments and are much more expensive.

Exam tuition have helped me a lot as I had failed my English GCSE exam twice. Exam tuition would send me work daily and I would receive feedback instantly. With the help of exam tuition I improved my grade dramatically from a grade 3 to a grade 6.

I searched around for a few months looking for a GCSE science course, as no where near my area did one from a college. I found the exam tution board this seemed to be everything I asked for, so there I went, called them up, payed for the course and off

I went. At first the man I spoke to told me how great the course was and how it's was one of the best. I was then sent lots of assignments, with which I thought was a great learning tool. I was told what pages to read and then which paper to attempt. A few weeks went on with this same approach, with very little communication from my "TUTOR". So I decided to email and ask for a break down of the cost of the course, as I felt that I could of googled the past papers my self and completed them with the help of the books, I felt that I should of had more teaching from my tutor, there was no help given, no explanations with anything I needed help with, I felt like even a phone call once a week or a Skype call. To talk through the more difficult things would not have gone a miss. Anyway, I got a reply with the breakdown of the costs which was "we are one of the cheapest courses, and the fee covers the past papers and the marking schemes. Again, I could of done that my self not paid £275 for. After this email, every assignment I sent in came back with alot of red pen errors with remarks which I found rude. For example, a diagram I had drawn had " not the best drawing I have ever seen" stated over it. Every page seemed to be wrong, and was told to look again. Also after this email, the already very little contact seemed to have disappeared. I was also adviced to book my exams as soon as possible. I wanted the winter examination, I was not told there was a 3 month cut off before hand, before you had to pay a late fee. So there was more money. Time went on and I basically worked on my own accord, with no help from the tutor. My exams were in January 2019. I had told the tutor previously the dates of my exams and not once did I get a good luck or an email asking how I got on, I also never heard from him on my results day, and still have not heard anything since. I passed the course with a C grade in GCSE BIOLOGY. I was happy I passed the course considering I only started it in October 2018, however felt that I could have done alot better with some more support and help from the tutor I paid for. I suggest going else where if you would like help and support, but if you after a candidate number for you self to enter an exam then I guess this is a cheap way in.

I can not rate this company highly enough. Despite never understanding science at school (and therefore not taking it to exam level), I have just achieved an A* in IGCSE Biology. The approach that Exam Tuition take is fantastic; lots of assignments with tips as to where to research and links to excellent videos. The turnaround for feedback was fantastically quick and to the point. Just what I needed. I would certainly recommend the company and it offers excellent value for money.

I followed the advice Jonathon gave me and worked extremely hard. As my knowledge of

the subject grew so did my interest and ability to remember facts needed. I recommend Exam Tuition to anyone who is serious about wanting to pass an examination. The course followed the IGCSE syllabus carefully and all I had to do was work hard!. Thank you Exam Tuition!

I looked into taking my GCSE Biology exam and needed some support with the contents and what is expected to get an A-C Grade. I contacted exam tuition and They sent me all the work sheets which I completed and sent back. However, I failed my exam and when I got back in touch with exam tuition they said they would provide more support. I agreed, although the only thing they did was resend the same work sheets and when I had completed them quickly as I had already done them. When I asked how else they were going to support me as I knew no more than I knew after doing the worksheets the first time. When I continued to ask for more support I was told to buy more books and just read then which was not beneficial at all. Therefore I asked for a refund as they hadn't supported be to get a better grade than I had the first time. However, when I asked this, I was told that I was a terrible student and I never did my work which I have completed twice. The responses they then gave me were very negative and rude. I wouldn't recommend them to support students with their GCSEs.

I highly recommend examtuition to anyone. He is really helpful and if you do the work he gives you; you should do well! First time round I got a D in English and after this tuition I achieved an A grade.

13 years after leaving school I never thought I would be able to pass my Maths and English GSCE. With the help, support and encouragement from Exam Tuition I was able to do this.
