This course provides the fundamentals on cabin crew. It covers a variety of different topics all of which are of importance to a person in this role. I enjoyed this course as it provided me with the knowledge and skills of what to expect in this job. However, having completed the course and passed the exam, I have not received my certificate. I have been in contact with them via the email provided but do not get a response.

I really enjoyed the cabin crew diploma course and thought the modules were really interesting with both written content, videos and interactive content. My support from my course has been really good from my course tutor and recruitment advisor and it was their support that has really helped me get a cabin crew job.

I showed my certificate at the interview and this really helped me too.

I would recommend this course to others if you are looking to work as cabin crew.

Finished the course nobody answers and I still haven't received my certificate!!! It's a shame as I enjoyed the course and found it helpful but they don't reply to the messages and are not sending me my certificate so I did it all for nothing.  I will be reporting this?!?

I purchased this because of the positive review I've read! but the reality is that since im writing them for some help, none of them answered me!!

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I feel more prepared for a career in cabin crew now I have completed this course. I would definitely recommend anyone interested in a cabin crew job to do this course first.

Good evening. I would like to leave in written my satisfaction of getting this course. For much that I knew about the role, by the time I was going throughout the module I found out I knew barely nothing. It is not enough just to see what a Cabin Crew job look like, you have to understand it. This course helped me UNDERSTAND the role of a Cabin Crew and now I am more decided than ever to continue further with this career. It covered a variety of topics enough to make you understand and believe YOU CAN BE a Cabin Crew. It gives you the ability to think like a Cabin Crew and if you attend any type of assessment you will be ready to think and act like a Cabin Crew giving the right answers at any time. I am very happy of being able to take this course as I grown in knowledge, confidence and aspiration for great results.

Take the course with confidence, study it well and while doing so build scenarios within your mind with everything you learn, it will boost your imagination and will help you further.

Be proud of what you want to achieve and never think there is only one way, because there are shortcuts for wise ones.

Very interesting course, it is very useful for a newcomer in the airline industry.. Even more with the knowledge acquired within the modules, you are ready to take a career as cabin crew!! Also, the team is very helpful and give a great support to undertake applications with airlines.

I started this course in September 2014 and have just finished the course with a pass of 92.5%! This course is a great resource and would recommend the course to anyone! The 24 modules cover all the stuff from the sky girls to the first aid needed when flying!The people on the helpline and chat are great and are always quick to respond. There is a lot covered on each subject and the subject test's are great! I managed to complete the final exam in 27 minutes! If you are thinking of buying this....DO! I think the only think i would change is the certificate! I thought it would look a little more professional! Thanks to all the staff who helped and keep up the good work

Always wanted to be a part of the travel industry, especially the airline industry, then along came CABIN CREW DIPLOMA. From the moment I started the course I felt I was on that road!!

The course is simple to understand, 24 in depth modules and a final exam. I was nervous about the exam as it can only be taken once, however I needn't have worried as the revision tests can be taken over and over again, not to mention the fantastic help and support from the help desk.

I can now fulfil my dream and go forward to becoming a cabin crew member.

I have to say I really enjoyed this course. I found all of the modules interesting and informative. The moment I began studying the modules I was hooked and I completed the course in less than a week. Great course and a very helpful live support team.
