One Of The Highest Value To Money Courses Turned To Be Flop!
I was very excited to had come across school for writers' online medical writing course almost half a year ago. It all changed when I took a break and came back after October, realising that the company has gone AWOL!!! I now realise that I have lost the money I paid for the course. I still wouldn't care of it if I had received all 6 modules to work on. I will continue to seek them out but in the meantime if anyone has all 6 modules of medical writing course, can you please share them with me :)

It's an absolute scandal. I paid in full for an rhs course and have only received three of the eight modules and now can't get any response.

I enrolled for Mentoring skills for schools. I paid the amount for all 4 modules. Received one, wanted the rest but no one is responding to mails, and I can't find the chat button which once existed.
This is rampant cheating!!! They have walked away with tonnes of cash!! Isn't there anyway to claim back the fees??? And how does one go about it? Please help.
IpVelez192, I am feeling the same way and I was wondering as well on how to go about to get back cash or at least get a response from them, which might set things normal maybe. If you have found anything would you please care to share? I am ready to help out on this, fyi.

Got halfway through my Advance Diploma in Life Coaching course when supposedly the CEO died and have heard nothing since October! I'd like my money back but can't find a way of contacting them. Disgraceful way to treat people! NEVER AGAIN!

Same here, I have heard nothing, I keep emailing and I get nothing back.
I have tried to write to the Online Learning Council who regulates them and I have just had my letter returned to me saying ‘sender gone away’.

The same thing happened to me, i was one course mark away. i am filling a claim (simple procedure) to get my money back at selkirk sheriff court as they haven't responded to any of my calls/emails/letters. you can opt to claim these fees back from them too. i hope this helps.

Ceo Died And They Forgot Their Clients!
On October 29 of 2017 they put up a notice saying their CEO died and that they'd contact their clients in 7-10 days. Now, at almost 3 MONTHS later, I still don't receive a single email response! I have emailed them repeatedly in the last few months...and they have now removed their phone number from their website....not that they were answering it anyway.. it is the worst experience I've had.
I have had the same experience with their sister company Edinburgh Garden School. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat people that have paid for these courses. I have paid in full for an eight module course but have only received three. All my emails have been ignored for the last three months.

I enrolled on and completed the 'Mentoring Skills for Schools' course. The materials I needed, arrived via email within the hour.
I completed the course with ease as the reading material and the worksheets etc were so straight forward.
An absolute fantastic course which has enabled me to progress in my current role.
My certificate arrived within 2 weeks of completion also.

The Worst Experience I Ever Had
I was diagnosed with cancer during my course and I tried to contact SEVERAL TIMES my tutor for further help and to ask if I could extent my course. I NEVER received an answer to my emails or my questions for the assignments. After sending my assignments I waited and waited and waited and again I NEVER received an answer from them. I managed to contact their chat service and their answer was that all my emails ended in spam emails. Really??? I am so worried that my certificate..if they ever give it to me will mean nothing..and I feel so sorry for my self and all those long hours of studying for nothing. Stay away from Borders Connect!!

Excellent Course
The Mentoring Skills For Schools Course is an excellent way to further your knowledge of mentoring. Also if you are looking to go into this type of role. I found this course so straight forward and even completed ahead of schedule. The whole process was so easy even I managed it being a bit of a computer novice.
All of the materials I needed were sent via email within 2 hours and I started straight away.
I submitted my assignments one by one and received feedback within a couple of days.
Total support throughout the whole course and am very pleased that I chose to do this course through Borders Connect.
