I took my Tag Heuer to this shop for a simple battery replacement. They charged me an extortionate £60 to replace the battery, which was bad enough.

When it came to altering the time a few months later, I noticed that they had stripped the screw-in crown, probably by over-tightening. I returned to Watches of Switzerland, and they did not want to know. Wanted to charge me a minimum £160 for a further repair. Very arrogant staff and very poor customer service. I suppose they would be different if you were spending £2k on a new watch with them!

I would not recommend this retailer.
