Worst Customer Service In The Industry
The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Calf leather watch strap is not fit for purpose if worn - they advised keeping it in it's box!!!
If there are signs of wear in any part of the strap and they will not examine or review any other elements of the strap.
If the strap gets damp (sweat from wearing) they suggest durability can be as little as 2 months.
Quote to replace strap under warranty is £178.
Watch in question has been worn for 6 months which equates to £32 per month.

The Hinge Pin Of The Breitling Watch In The Buckle
The hinge pin of the Breitling Watch in the buckle clearly labelled "Nickel Free Buckle" actually contains Nickel. Do not buy models with this strap if, like me, you have a Nickel allergy. Breitling changed it for a plated pin but the plating wore off after a month and they have refused to change it again.
