I am so upset by stuff i bought one pair oof sandals size 5.they gave me size 6.When I went to ask them if I can have my money back, their attitude was very bad ,they told me i have wear the shoes,that was 1 hour after i bought them.so silly people.I asked them if i can change with another pair ,they said they cant.I asked them if I can have like a voucher still they dont even care and i had to keep the size 6.so rude people.the sandals were very expensive 30 pound half price but still lots of money .

Service in Faith is much higher than other shoe shops. Helpful staff, excellent range of shoes/boots.

I recently used Faith Direct when trying to locate a pair of shoes that had gone into the sale. When trying to order them instore (Faith stores will order in shoes that are out of stock from their warehouse) I was told that because the shoes had been reduced to £10 from £25 that the assistant was unable to order them in for me, as the minimum order was £20. I was a little disappointed by this and decided to phone Faith Direct to order them.

I phoned the number (freefone) and didn't have to wait long to speak to someone. When I did, I was told that because the shoes had been reduced, that they were unable to deliver them to the store, but because I was a new customer they were willing to put the order through for me anyway! I was very impressed by this! Having the shoes delivered to the store instead of my home address meant not having to pay the £5 delivery charge, which is ideal if you live near a store.

The shoes took around a week to arrive, which I was disappointed by as I thought they would be delivered relatively quickly.

The website is also easy to use, with lots of information and a great range of shoes. You can either order by phone (Faith Direct) or order online, which there is a delivery charge for.

Overall a great service and would use again, friendly staff and easy to use.

Rang by Faith the next day to say they had taken the wrong credit card number down.

I was told free postage and packaging, charged £3 per pair of shoes (£12 in total!!)

Arrived a week late.

I corresponded to Faith most of the time via e-mail and the e-mails I received were unhelpful and very rude.

Never again!!!
