I ordered some pyjamas from this company and when they were delivered they were not the same as the picture.

I returned the pyjamas within the specified returns time and asked for a refund.

I did not receive a refund after lots of e-mails (I couldn't phone as they don't have a contact telephone no).

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Like many others I have been ripped off by this company. The items took ages to arrive and when they did the quality was poor and 1 item did not fit. So I read their no hassle returns policy (WHAT A LAUGH THAT IS). After following their instructions to the letter I returned the item and waited for a refund. Despite several emails to Style Lingerie still no reply. So I wrote to them twice and still no reply. I rang Citizens Advice and they advised me that as I had paid by credit card I should contact my credit card company. The credit card companies disputes department are looking into a refund for me. Citizens Advise have also passed details to Trading Standards. Hope this review stops others using this company and may help others to try and get a refund.

I have never written an online review before but I feel so strongly about this company that I want to warn others to stay well clear.

I ordered a product that arrived in good time but it didn't fit so I returned it as advised on their website but despite two online emails and one to their 'do not reply' address I have still not received my refund nor any form of communication from them.

They do not provide a phone number anywhere that I can find - it has really taught me to check reviews before buying in the future!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I agree with all the other reviews. Customer service is terrible, web based e-mails just vanish.

He eventually responds to e-mails sent to Style Lingerie email address but he could not care less about delays in delivery.

Avoid like the plague, shop elsewhere.

Also wished I had seen this before I gave them my money. Poor quality expensive item, wanted to return, but no answer to several e - mails and no telephone number on web site.

Avoid this company, gives Internet shopping a bad name.

items came one too small so i sent it back and then nothing no replies to my emails and certainly no money

looked for company address on google maps no 8a so im NOT HAPPY do not use they will not return your money

I ordered several garments in April 2012. When they arrived they were not the same as the desciption or wrong sizes. I returned them for a refund (registered post as requested), sent them a chasing letter and email but no reply as yet (now July). Please please avoid this company.

Stay away from this shop. Your emails will never get an answer and you will be told after 10th email that your emails were all in spam!

They are not a sincere shop. DO NOT BUY !!!They didn't even pay my refund after I returned the products. It cost me more than 100 GBP!

There is nothing i like about this shop, since they don´t seem to care about their customers at all.
