I ordered a pretty sports bra and recieved an email stating it was out of stock but that they had a black one or would provide a refund. I regrettably chose to accept the different colour. It's been a few weeks now and I recieved an email saying it will be at least another week away since their suppliers dispatch time is 3-4 weeks. I was under the assumption that I accepted the different colour because it was already in stock...very very bad service! Would never use again.

The service also exceeded expectations, response times were really fast and freindly. Will defintely shop again.

I recently ordered 2 maternity bras online.

I waited a week and did not even receive a confirmation email.

I followed up and they sent me an email to say the item had been shipped. I did not receive it until 4 days later. I could have ordered from an international site quicker than this.

The products arrived and yesterday I wore one of the bras. As I was driving I felt something digging in and realised the top of the diamante decoration was cutting into me and my top. I looked when I got home and realised it was faulty and the top was really sharp (can you imagine if this scratched my new born baby?)

I called bras.co.nz today and they basically said as I'd worn it they could not guarantee I'd get a refund. I tried explaining the bra was faulty and the person I spoke to basically didn't believe me and his only suggestion was that I cut the diamante piece off. Well for a start, I shouldn't need to, and if I did it would ruin the bra. He was basically arguing with me and refusing to be cooperative at all. I'm really disappointed with the service I received.
