Lingerie Express seem to be out of business but BEDROOM FLIRT seems to have all of the same photos and all of the same gear for sale. Maybe we should trust them with our orders?????

I wish I'd read these reviews before buying a Christmas present which never arrived, any attempts at calling or E mailing are ignored I then resorted to a letter sent by recorded delivery which, according to the post office has never been delivered. This company is a complete scam. the good thing is that their web site now appears to have been closed down.

Wish i'd seen this before I bought from them. of 8 Items ordered I've seen one of them. Will continue to chase if nothing heard I'll be of to trading standards.

Same as everyone else, and now their site is completley gone down so cant even contact them direct. Lost my money, complete scammers and have been doing this for quite a long time too, just type in lingerie express trading standards and look for the you and your wedding link-posts from 2007 to present day!!

How disappointing, ordered my wedding underwear from this company in early November, have still heard nothing, can't get through by phone or via e-mail, what is going on that things like this can still happen, I've never had this kind of problem before, but have lost £62 pound to these cowboys, please don't order from them, you'll be as disappointed as me

Bogus rubbish company who don't deliver goods on time or correct product.

This is assuming you actually get the product. I am still waiting on 60/70 pounds worth of items after having to send back twice as they were faulty or incorrect.

Just like everyone else on here, I paid for goods that were suddenly out of stock. They never reply to emails or answer the phone.

If you've lost money, I would suggest the following that I've done, with the hope of getting them closed down and a refund.

Phone your bank and start a Disputed payment claim. This might help you recover the money you've spent. It's just a short form to fill in and send any emails or correspondence you have to prove your claim.

Phone Consumer Direct 08454040506 and tell them your position. They will give you a reference number, can advise you and start investigating the company.

Make a report at https://reportfraud.actionfraud.org.uk/fraudreport The more people who do this the more chance there is that they will be shut down, liquidators called in and money eventually returned.

Having made an order for Christmas I was lucky - mine arrived. That said, it was incomplete and I returned it. I received no reply to countless emails so disputed the payment with PayPal. Fortunatly I did this early and got a full refund.

I am convined this company no longer trade. The return was sent to them by recorded delivery and never collected from the sorting office, so it has been sent back to me. Clearly I have no entitlement to it as I have had a refund. So what do I do?

I have emailed Lingerie Express today giving them 28 days to let me know how they want me to dispose of some unwanted lingerie - what odds on a reply?!

I too have been ripped off. Not a lot of money but it would add up for them if there are many of us! Please report it!

What would you have liked to know before you made your purchase? That my order would never arrive but the money would disappear!

Wish i had seen this item before christmas.I placed an order on 9th Dec 10 which never arrived 30 calls and 5 emails so far and no response. Sent a recorded delivery letter no reply. Next stop trading standards, as i paid by debit card the bank are not willing to assist.

Wondering if its worth a visit or starting a small claims court action. Why is this web site not closed down?
