I placed my order 3 weeks ago and received a email receipt straight away. Knickerdrawer took money for the order from my account, but I have received no items I have ordered. I have emailed them on all 3 email addresses they have TWICE with no reply. Do not use.

I ordered my new toy, a Lelo elise, at 2.30pm yesterday. It has just arrived at 9.20am. I obviously haven't had a chance to try it yet but it looks lovely. The price was very good & the service fast. I don't think you can ask for much more from an online shop. I'll definitely shop at knickerdrawer.com again.
