I agree with Amanda W. - Nov. 2009. I also want to warn people who might be thinking of ordering anything with this company. I placed and paid for 2 tankinis - having checked that I could return the unsuitable one. I received them, and returned 1 of them. Unfortunately I was never re-embursed the £44. I made numerous phone calls [no one answers the phone], sent emails [no reply], sent a registered letter [could not be delivered by the post office]. Therefore, I am £44 OUT OF POCKET

I was looking for a particular bra by Ballet and I was very happy to find it at the Curves and Goddess site. I just want to say my experience has been really pleasing, since my first purchase last year; I have returned to curvesandgoddess.com site to make three other purchases and each time delivery has been prompt and I am satisfied with their customer services. Just to add that I recommended www.curvesandgoddess.com for some ballet swimwear to my friend who went on a holiday cruise recently and she was happy and pleased with her purchase. I will recommend this site.

I just wanted to warn people who might be thinking of ordering anything from this online lingerie company. They do have all the brands you'd expect and I thought they might be a real find, however their customer service is startlingly poor. I placed an order for 3 swimsuits - having checked I could return them - and paid for before 1pm next day delivery. I got my order not the next day or even the one after but having chased them FOUR times by email (no-one answers the phone in their office) after 9pm that night by a man in a car/cab. One of the swimsuits was in a different colour than I'd ordered. I kept one and returned the others. Nine weeks later and despite frequent chasing I have STILL not had a refund and have had to initiate legal proceedings.
