La Redoute

Have ordered from them few times and was generally Pleased with the items received though sizing can be tricky sometimes... However, the biggest disappointment with them was that two times the items that I really searched for and ordered did not finally reached me after placing the order. Meaning that even though the item was in stock at the moment of ordering I was not able to get it as apparently it was out of stock. But what's even worst is that on their website that item was still in stock.... They have an ongoing issue with their stock management or Smth so I won't waste my time browsing for smth that I might not even get eventually....

I once bought quite a few clothes from La Redoute. Their quality was generally good, nice styles, good choice of colours. Their catalogue was one of the very best and I really enjoyed browing through it, then ordering. But now they have stopped sending out catalogues I can't be bothered with them any more. Yes, I could order online, but it's just not the same; the colours aren't as clear and the styles aren't as well illustrated as you get with a printed catalogue. What a shame. I'd like to know whether they're losing money rather than saving it, over this refusal to send catalogues. I bet lots of people feel like I do and don't even bother looking them up online now.

There was a very big 40% sale on so I placed a large order. Received emails in polish, French and English but no actual order confirmation so I emailed them asking for this to be sent. Got a very fast reply saying that they can't actually send me this... so no confirmation of payment or what I'd ordered, sizes, colours etc. Rubbish! Delivery was so late that I actually cancelled the entire order. At least the refund arrived fast. Very sad as they actually had some really nice stuff.

I have always had very good service from La Redoute. I would buy more clothes, but my social life does not warrant it. Please try to have more of the Dresses with more than 90cm length, as this is too short for me.

I have been with La Redoute for about 15 years and love their clothes and shoes. I am quite small and have difficulty in finding the right sizes and fit but all their trousers, jeans and dresses fit me very well, as well as their shoes. The have superb offers and discounts and I always take advantage of them every time, excellent value for money. I love their jeans and trousers as they are always a very good fit for me as I am a size 6. Their shoes and boots are also a perfect fit nearly every time I buy them. Overall I am very happy customer and will continue to buy all my trousers and jeans from them.

I used to look forward to the latest La Redoute catalogue, for clothes with interesting style combined with quality fabrics and finish. I have to say that I'm increasingly disappointed with La Redoute clothes, as they seem to be the same as many other companies. In particular, I feel that quality has decreased, particularly with the fabrics used. I no longer feel that La Redoute is good value for money.

I have used La Redoute for a few years now. There is a good range of styles to suite all ages, price ranges and lifestyles. Quality is usually good relative to the prices charged and they do offer frequent discounted prices across most of the ranges.

Delivery in the past has been slow but this has improved.

Delivery and returns are easy to arrange even if you are at work using local shops as collection points.
