I had been looking for a pair of shoes I liked for a long time, and I found the style I liked at B.G. Stores, but not the colour. I emailed them to see if they had or would be getting any more colours, and within a few hours I got a reply saying they did not have any in the colour I liked but would try to get them.

2 weeks later I got a phone call saying they had found some for me.

I will say, it did take another 14 days before they delivered, but I am still happy, and I have the shoes I have been trying to find for so long.
