I was also surprised by the comments however it would seem the website has now been removed and the company looks to have disolved in August.

I am shocked at the bad reviews, I have been buying my fake tan fronhometanning for years. Not only are they the cheapest, delivery is free, and I have always received my order the next day. I wouldn't buy my Fake Bake anywhere else!!

Exactly as last reviewer. Received voicemail saying product not available. Would I like alternative product or refund and that she would call again. No more calls received. 3 emails sent to hometanning.co.uk, requesting product by deadline or refund. I have received no replies so far.

I've had a bad experience with hometanning.co.uk. I placed an order on 15th May and there was an item missing from my order. I've contacted them several times via email, phone, fax and through their website but have received no response.

I spoke to trading standards who said I should send them a letter by recorded delivery requesting a delivery date. Apparently they have 30 days to deliver and then a further 30 days to issue a refund.

I told them I had sent my letter of complaint to their Company Director and within an hour I was told I'd receive the product!

I also placed an order with www.hometanning.co.uk for the first time 2 weeks ago and have still not received my fake bake lotion. Sent lots of e-mails and left lots of phone messages and have never had any replies as of writing this review, now the web site is also encountering problems. I would not recommend them.

I am still waiting for my order I placed on the 25/03/08! I'm so disappointed as usually I can rely on them delivering my order the next day. I will cease buying fake bake from them from now on.

I ordered some fake tan from home tanning 2 weeks ago it has not arrived they have taken the money from my bank account, I cannot get through over the phone left messages no one has returned them and they have not replied to any of my emails sent to them.

I recently ordered some fake tan from Home Tanning and was very impressed with the service I received. The website contains several brands of fake tanning products, and also sells tanning accessories such as lamps/sunbeds.

I found the website easy to navigate, with the goods separated into easy to use sections. It also has a feature where members can login. My ordered goods were received within 2 days and even came with free gloves for application of the fake tan. The goods are also competitively priced.

Will definitely be using the site again when I run out of my fake tan!
