Calypso Holiday Glow Body Lotion

I would always buy it, but I haven't been able to get hold of it recently, I use to by it from matalane in Warrington, but they don't sell it there anymore and I don't no where to get anymore from.

I bought Calypso Holiday Glow Body Lotion for the first time on a whim, after my Johnsons Holiday Skin lotion ran out. At £2 I thought it was worth a go.

Being used to applying Johnsons, I was looking forward to seeing how this would work. After bathing, I started to apply the lotion, and I was struck how easy it was absorbed into my skin. This stuff is lotion, and it easy to apply. Some of these self tanning lotions can be a bit thicker and take longer to rub in...not this one. It was a joy at how easy it was. The whole procedure took minutes and dried quickly. I didn't feel tacky afterwards. There was a slight smell, but not unpleasant.

The proof is in the pudding as they say, and it was with some trepidation that I checked the results the next morning. I was happy with all key areas. No dark patches on knees, elbows, ankles or toes. Possibly a tiny bit patchy on my wrist, but this can be put down to 'user error'. After use, you obviously wash your hands thoroughly, so maybe better if hand lotion was applied after washing, just to smooth around your hands and wrists to avoid this.

All in all, I would be happy to use this again, and I will be taking it on holiday to boost my tan. Some cheaper products are not a bargain if they don't deliver the goods. This product did exactly what it says on the bottle!
