I have gone for 2 tattoo removal sessions in the Harley street branch and I have to say firstly the customer service from everybody there has been fantastic. The first treatment I didn't notice much difference but the second I have seen some cracks appearing.. I was abit disappointed to be told it will take another 5-6 sessions as im sure I got told will just be 3-4 maybe at the start. The price is the main thing.. £200 for about 30seconds worth of work.

However the professionalism and customer service of the team is the main reason im going back tomorrow for my 3rd appointment. If you have a big budget then 100% id recommend this place. ( Treatment is not painful at all )

1STLY - Please think carefully before considering an consultation. The website and main office clearly advertise that the £25.00 deposit WILL BE REFUNED if you do not wish to carry out a treatment and/or cancel within the time limit.

This is not true I still have not received mine back after being told I would get it 3 months ago.

2NDLY- Please please please think about what you are going ahead with before you pay. It is very misleading, my consultation was 45 mins late and after waiting with no communication from anyone and being late for a family meal I payed out 498.00 in advance being told if I cancelled within the time limit I would be refunded my whole money including the 25 deposit but I had to pay cos they couldn't book any dates without me paying FULL upfront.

Im 21 and changed my mind within the given time limit as the treatment was going to be on my face! I did not want it anymore after having time to think.(as my consultation was rushed for them being late)

when I called the main office they was more than happy with my reasons of cancelling however the BLUEWATER branch REFUSED TIME AND TIME AGAIN to refund me anything at all. after a week of HELL, STRESS and numerous calls I had to get people involved. I contacted a solicitor then magically they agreed to refund me. Im still waiting for the despot but Iv let it go as its not worth the hassle.

They used the line "no refunds for promotional offers" when I did not request any offer or was told I was given one? I was just told to pay full in advance but "don't worry you can get your money back if you change your mind"

Doctor never turned up. .no feedback on why or apology.

kept waiting for over an hour then told not coming,

Since then have called the company twice to be removed from text messages but am constantly bombarded with messages from company.

No customer care in the first instance. .Just a complete waste of time.

Would never recommended, not customer oriented.

Avoid. .and stop sending the constant messages

I have been having Laser hair removal at Trueskin Kingston/Esher Medispa for a year now. I bought into a package for 6 full body sessions. They have been so flexible for me and worked the treatments around my summer holidays. I have had about 4 different therapists treating me - and they are all lovely. Friendly and extremely competent with the machine. I am very happy with the results too. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. When I read negative reviews I find them hard to believe based on my own experience. I drive for 40 minutes to get to esher, but would never go elsewhere now. I am a very happy customer.

Although I have not personally visited the clinic, I am in the industry that deals with laser removal and reconstruction after body modification. After seeing the program on Channel 4 about people's regrets on tattoos and piercings, I was shocked to see the clinic removing people's tattoos without a protective apron, gloves or face mask. Other laser clinics on this programme all managed to wear the correct protective clothing. At one point, the male technician, wiped his face with his hand before proceeding to continue the treatment. This is disgusting and incredibly unhygienic. There are no excuses for not wearing gloves, wether it meets local council guidelines or not, people should wear gloves! It is a basic in any procedure. If they aren't wearing gloves, it makes you think what other corners they are cutting when it comes to your health and safety. I'd advise avoiding this place, as even less experienced and less professional people doing the same procedures even have the common sense to wear gloves and reduce the risk of cross contamination and infection.

says on their website that they provide a free consultation which is not true if you call them!! i was told that i would have to pay £50.00 as a booking fee which was fine it was then they said that if i didnt have the treatment done they would keep my £50.00 this is not right!! i was also told they could tell me over the phone if i was suitable for the lazer treatment which i find alarming!! the manager kristine would not pass any head office details to me to make a complaint!! i will be forwarding all evidence of mis advertisement on to watch dog and any other review site i can find as this company are obviously out to take advantage of people!!!!

My wonderful husband looked at several retreats for me before booking this, he even went round them all and looked, but this he said was by far the best. He treated me to the Pamper for Two at Bluewater. We were celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary - we were spoilt from the moment we walked in. On went the white gowns as we entered the lovely rooms relaxing music played - our treatments began and straight away I felt relaxed nothing was too much trouble everything was wonderful and Im booking up my next visit very soon. Thank you so much for what was a totally wonderful memorable day which I will never forget ! Oh and P.S. thank you for the fruit platter and champagne.

I had never had a facial like it,the fenwick team in Newcastle were so good.they went throw everything from the moment I purchased my peel to the end of the treatment.thank you team fenwick Newcastle.i will be back,I feel great.x
