My wife and I purchased hair removal packages. We were promised that the sessions would continue until the hair was removed as we could get cheaper hair removal on Groupon.

Returned for our 6th session and all the staff had left. Told by the new manager that we were only signed up for 6 sessions and that the previous employees had left under a cloud.

Explained what we have been told, the manager gave us a number of documents that explained what we had actually signed up for, we explained we'd never seen any of these documents before.

She asked us to e-Mail the company as she didn't want to discuss this further in front of customers. We have e-Mailed them three times and have yet to receive a response.

I would strongly recommend you don't use this company they are unprofessional and untrustworthy. Expensive lesson learnt
