To Begin, When I Started Using This, I Had Tried A
To begin, when I started using this, I had tried alot of things to get rid of my dry, peeling skin. I finally took a look at Neutrogena and bought this Oil-Free moisturizer (sensitive skin) and began using it under my make-up. Only about 2 days later, my face was soft again! It's best to apply after Neutrogena's Extra Gentle Cleanser (face-wash). Extremely recommended!
