I Have Been Waiting Since February 2016 And Still
I have been waiting since February 2016 and still not received my products with no refund either! I paid £83.55 for a hamper! Disgusting. Do not order from them whatsoever!

DO NOT buy from this lady. She takes your money and doesn’t reply to your messages. If you contact her she says your impatient and that she’s busy!!! I told her she’s very unprofessional and she went on a rant with me!!! After MONTHS of pestering she finally sent me my products and guess what? She sent me all the wrong stuff and then made out the items were correct but labelled incorrectly!!! That was total rubbish because I know what cucumber, lemon and honey should smell like! Other friends of mine didn’t even get their products so maybe I should be thankful I got the wrong stuff lol

This one woman business is a failure. Clearly too inexperienced to employ any staff who can help get the orders shifted. Poor communication and what seems like non-existent products.
Send countless messages.. she will reply to one and then never reply for months until I keep chasing and one day get lucky.
Gets you started on a skin regime but doesn't allow you to continue it.
Had to wait around 8 months and had to send constant messages to get my order.
Been too patient with her but I guess entrepreneurship is not for everyone.
I wish I paid attention to all the negative comments she quickly deletes on instagram. Still tried my luck thinking it's the odd parcel. This woman is quick to take your money but does not give you the products as expected in a normal business transaction. Very poor

She takes 125£ One year ago and I never received any product.
After several messages she said the parcel had been lost but She never send me any tracking number.
I message her a million time on whatsapp and instagram.
She deleted my comments.
I lost my money and my time!!

Rude And Unprofessional Service Never Got My Money Back
Waited for over nine weeks never received my order.. when contacted I've been told that I'm being inpatient and rude. Blamed Royal Mail that they lost it but couldn't provide me with a tracking number or any proof of postage always made up!!
When I demanded my money back I got told that I can't have a refund it's not their policy but she say they are a global brand.
I feel sorry for anybody who orders outside of UK..
Be where it's a moneymaking scheme!!!

She said that if I don't pay today I want received my product for at least eight weeks so I said how should I pay she gave me her bank details I've said can I pay through PayPal she said no and without thinking I've put the money into her account so don't do what I did you'll lose your money.
