Davidoff Cool Water Eau de Toillete

Long before a variety of "clean" fragrances came out, there was Cool Water. My best way to describe Cool Water without examining individual notes, is to say that it smells like the rough version of a clean fragrance- the first version. Part cleaning products, part men's scent with citrus notes added for femininity. Cool Water is distinctive, and it doesn't scream "soap!" so much as it screams "1990's clean fragrance!". But the scent holds so many memories for me (and probably others) that it's difficult to hate it entirely. This was the scent every "non-girly" girl I knew wore- in your face "clean!!!!". The scent seems to linger for hours on many people, unlike most fragrances with lighter notes. Much like many obnoxious scents, it tends to have a loyal fan base that continue to use it.

Davidoff Cool Water Eau de Toillete smells really strong, i needn't explain... it's perfume and doesn't smell nice so no it's not worth it at all.

When it wears off a bit it smells ok, only need a tiny bit. I like the smell when it's almost gone but full on it's really strong and over powering. Bad points are very very strong, gives you a headache, really heavy smell almost like spices or something not fresh at all

Davidoff Cool Water Eau de Toillete - This perfume has one of the best scents ever. I've worn it for years. Pineapple. Water lily. Blackberry. Pure ocean air. These are just a few of the ingredients that create a luxurious smelling scent unlike any other. It's fun, flirty, seductive, clean and fresh--all at once! Since everyone else started wearing CW, I've been searching for a new "signature scent" but I always end up coming back to it. Also, the price keeps dropping and it's relatively inexpensive and very easy to find--another good point.

Though I agree with another reviewer that some may consider it a spring/summer scent, or perhaps a night/"going out" perfume; for me it works anytime of the day or year. Either way, it'll certainly attract attention from those around you.

I easily tire of perfumes and tend to give them away after having them for less than a month, but I've been wearing Cool Water for over five years. It smells wonderful and it isn't too strong; lingering just enough to make it sexy and fun. The only problem is that it isn't really a perfume to wear in the fall or winter. I wear it in the spring and summer, then switch to something else for the other seasons... usually something by Elizabeth Arden.

Davidoff Cool Water perfume - This is my nth perfume after trying out Ralph Lauren Romance, Chanel No. 5, Iceberg and so on. As such, this is the FIRST perfume that I REALLY LOVE.

It has a strong and deep scent to it, and therefore, sexy. Cool Water, as I assumed from the deep and strong smell, is not intended for use during the day. It is more likely to match your dinner parties.

Cool Water is not that expensive compared to other perfumes that I've owned so far, and yet it manages not to smell cheap. In fact, this perfume smells exquisite and hence, must only be used on special days.

The scent lingers on for hours, and I do not detect any changes in its notes at all. What you initially smell on this perfume IS its original smell. You don't have to walk away from the fragrances section in the department stores for minutes to get its intended and true smell.

Davidoff Cool Water perfume has a light fresh nice feminine floral summery smell that lasts for hours.
