Christian Dior Hypnotic Poison

I did not like first spray but as the day wore on the true warmth of the fragrance was released and my lover adores it. j'dore Dior!

Christian Dior Hypnotic Poison is my absolute favourite perfume - I cannot live without it. I have been using it for years.

I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a lovely perfume that they will not go off (which is often what happens to me) to try Hypnotic - it's a winner!

My all-time favorite scent. Nothing else has the originality or staying power.

I found HP two years ago after a long search to find a sexy scent that didn't a) dry down to one single note b) smell like a grandma scent When I first sprayed HP, it struck me as a slightly spicy, warm and creamy scent- I wore it around waiting for it to dry down to one note (vanilla or jasmine) like scents of this nature tend to do. 5 hours later, it still maintained it's complexity. I was sold.HP is not invasive or sickening like other woody orientals- and it manages to be sophisticated without being matronly- more sexy. If it were a person, it would be Monica Belucci or Sophia Loren at age 30.

Lovely sexy scent for winter...with it base notes of vanilla its a sure warmer! Would have to say its my signature scent for sure!
