Clinique Gentle Waterproof Mascara

I went in to a makeup store and told the girl that I was looking for a good waterproof mascara. She took me directly to clinique. I told her I wanted a mascara that didn't come off until I took it off. She said, "This would be the one. A woman actually had returned this brand before because she couldn't get it off her eyes" $15 and some change later.... Water doesn't take it off. but all you have to do is rub your eyes and it crumbles and flakes off. Really unhappy with this purchase.

Clinique Gentle Waterproof Mascara is worth purchasing if (a) you can get it for a discount (I purchased at the airport for $12 I think), (b) you need a no-run base mascara to avoid getting mascara in your eyes and aggravating already irritated eyes if you have allergies or wear contacts, (c) you need something gentle on your eyelashes that doesn't yank out all your eyelashes when you try to remove it.

Was rather disappointed by Clinique Gentle Waterproof Mascara as otherwise I've always used Clinique for many years. It's a great mascara for sensitive eyes but I don't think it's really waterproof at all.

Clinique Gentle Waterproof Mascara is the best Mascara I've found so far, so pander eyes. At 42 I have finally found one that lasts all day. Can go lumpy in the shower as you are washing it off, but use eyemake up remove and it is great.

Tiny bottle for the price you pay, the brush is huge and you can't get enough product on, especially if you are like me an you like your lashes thick.

The brush is far from being great, as soon as you wear a dark colour of eye liner, it's over, you won't see your lashes any more because this mascara does not do much for them !

There are better mascaras out there. However, if you want mascara that gives you a natural look and comes off easily, then Clinique Gentle Waterproof Mascara is the one to buy.

Although it was gentle, as advertised, I found it not at all waterproof.

Clinique Gentle Waterproof Mascara is a fantastic mascara. It is really easy to apply and feels very light on your lashes. It also looks very natural and doesn't make your eyelashes stick together, therefore there is no need for an eyelash comb! The product lasts a few months so at around £12 is really quite good value for money. Also on the positive side it doesn't run in the rain. When removing the mascara you can use a normal cleanser, no separate eye makeup remover is needed. It is definitely the best waterproof mascara I have used as most of them are really difficult to remove.
