17 Superlash Mascara

I bought 17 Superlash Mascara purely because I had never purchased any cosmetics from 17 before. The mascara claims to be waterproof - sadly, it isn't. Not only did it melt in hot weather but it flaked and smudged and by the end of the day I resembled a panda - a complete cosmetic disaster. Not ideal for clubbing or partying as it smudges easily. Not bad for the price, I suppose as it made my lashes look thicker and slightly longer - but I can think of better budget buys.

I bought 17 Mascara because it's cheap and I wanted to save money as mascara only lasts 3 months. However, it was a complete waste of money as even though it stays on during the rain, it smudged right under my eyes on a hot day making me look like I had big bags under my eyes! How can a mascara be waterproof and not smudgeproof in hot weather at the same time! Ridiculous!
