Revlon ColorStay Overtime Lipcolor

Love this product and have used virtually nothing else for years. I have tried 11 or 12 colours and some are better than others,in terms of my skin tone, easiness of application and stick-ability.Best for me are Non Stop Cherry, Stay Currant, Perennial Plum and Sheer Pomegranate.

1)Apply colour AND ALLOW TO DRY thoroughly.

2) DON'T rub lips together for even coverage, it messes it up and goes all glue-y.

3) When totally dry, and if desired, apply top, gloss coat.

All set to go - fab product!

I have brought this lipstick from a beauty shop near my place. The nxt day i applied it on my lips and wnt to the office. the time i return home the lipstick did not fade away, it was as same as i applied. i really love this lipstick. i have a rich red color.

I used this on my lips last night. It stayed on all night. I tried to remove it with soap and water. Then I used eye makeup remover, then I ended up having to sleep in it because IT WOULDN"T COME OFF. This morning, I got online to find out how to remove it. Rubbing alcohol was suggested. That's what I used with a scrubby sponge and I still had to scrub, and scrub and scrub. This stuff is awful! If you want a product that really, truly WONT COME OFF, this is it.

I thought I had FINALLY found a lipstick that was true to the color on the packaging. NOT SO.

I have tried several of the Revlon ColorStay and sad to say I'm VERY unhappy with this product.

I now have a credit of $40.00 plus at drug store where I purchased several, one for my work, one for home, one for my purse, one for the car.

I won't do that again, I thought I had the right color, so I wanted one to keep in each place.

It was smudgy for a gloss type lipstick. I realized minutes after application that whenever I puckered my lips they would stick together. Very uncomfortable. When I tried removing it, it literally stayed on my lips. I tried wiping, rubbing & then finally peeling it of my lips. I have never used a lipcolour like this. It certainly lives up to its name "Colorstay".

I bought this from a cheap makeup shop (every town has one!) for £1.99 in 28 stay current. I don't usually wear such a strong colour but for the price I thought I'd give it a go.

WOW I love this lipstick sooooooo much! It goes on easily, dries after about a minute and stays on! And on. And on. And on. And on. And on! I always take my makeup off at night, but this looked like I'd freshly applied it the next day!

The colour is really really nice, and although I wouldn't normally like wearing a strong red during the (next) day, it's grown on me and now I wouldn't wear anything else!

Easy to remove with Rubbing Alcohol. This is the only lipstick that I buy!

Awful, it is very sticky on my lips. Just hate it. A total waste of money!

I purchased this product as it was a one step lipstick that promised to be long lasting and smudge proof.

Applying this lipstick was difficult for me as I found it too watery which made it smudge and some of it ended up on my teeth! I found it looked dull on my lips and most of all it always dried out my lips.

It came off when I was eating or drinking and then looked blotchy. It needed a gloss.

This is one of the worst lipsticks I have ever bought, I should have stuck with Lipfinity or Maybelline Superstay which are far superior and cheaper!

though this lipstick is long lasting, when i went to remove it i was unsucessful. through trial and error, i found that if you apply the top coat and wait a few minutes before applying the color and another layer of the gloss, it lasts long but is easy to remove.
