Very bad service and no emails replied.

I attended this course and was disappointed in the quality of the course. Most of the things covered can be learnt online and via youtube and other websites like swiftcraftmonkey.

There was also a pressure to buy ingredients/products once the course was delivered for example, we were told you only have a limited time to buy the products and this made me feel like i had to do it there and then.

I would save the money and try and learn all you can through the web, there are many free outlets where you can access information for free and actually learn. Don't get caught out!

Do you research and find out as much as you want from online and also, reach out to people who have paid for the course and see what they also think and if they learnt as much as they had hoped for.

I just attended both the Beginners and Intermediate courses for skin care products. Thank you for organising these courses. I thoroughly enjoyed them. The tutor was excellent, he made the class fun, yet sharing so much, answered every question and was very hands-on. I loved the practical sessions and the soooo many tips from him. It was definitely value for money! The new knowledge validates my concern about many regular products out there. Now I can start my own line of products.

I am interested in the Advanced Course and perfume making courses.

The Joining Instructions was so detailed it had pictures. To the very many unseen hands behind the courses, thank you all for your effort in making the courses happen.

I was really impressed with Aromantic. The service was very fast and the concerns I had about getting my address right were taken care of straight away. All emails were answered promptly and with a very friendly attitude. Living in Spain as well I was pleased to see that there were no problems delivering here (unlike many other companies) I even recieved the products in record time! Apart from the friendly service the products are great and very affordable price! I will continue to use Aromantic and recommend to my friends. Thank you!!

It is such a shame that this company does not think of its' customers first. To be fair, their products are great, if a little too expensive, but they have no idea about customer service. They take way too long to deliver their products (well over a week, unless you bug them like crazy) . I phoned their office recently to chase my order at 2.30 and all the staff were on a lunch break, so the manager had to answer the phone. Have they ever heard of staggered lunch breaks! In fact I'm lucky if I get a lunch break, it's usually lunch on the go! well that's if I want to keep my business! Sadly, I avoid ordering from them at all costs, because I usually have to meet deadlines with supplying my products and I can't work to their supply times, I only order their products when I can't get them elsewhere. I understand their courses are good, but haven't actually attended one myself. Good products, but they need to hugely improve to come up to the standard of their competitors.

2 weeks passed since I placed an order, they took the money, sent a confirmation and thats it. no product no answer to my 2 emails...nothing. will conact PayPal to claim my money back. AVOID

Excellent customer service. I received a slightly broken product and they immediately replaced it.

Not really a good company to deal with when you have a problem with an order. I've found them to go invisible when a problem arises.

So many companies these days are faster and more communicative.

Only order from them if you are prepared for disappointment when something isn't right.

Perfect to deal with when you're sending your money, not so good when you are contacting them about a problem.

All in all, they have lots of work to do to be as good as competing businesses in this area.

After having such a bad time with 'bare escentuals' mineral powder & general disappointment with other products I came across Aromantic's web site & decided to make my own genuine mineral foundation. GREAT results! Ingredients VERY cheap - which just proves the point on just how much we are being ripped off by the cosmetic industry!

All the info is on their site & there's 'how to' tips,books & courses.

I now make my own eye shaddows, moisturisers, eye gel, face & body/shower wash and shampoo.

Wish I'd found them years ago as my skin hasn't looked so good for a long time!
