Over The Years I Have Tried Many Different Makes O

Over the years I have tried many different makes of eyeshadow, none as good as these. They are sold individually with their own little applicator. I find this a much better option as very often in colour pallettes there are a few colours never used!! Obviously it works out a bit more expensive at the outlay at around £13.50 each but none gets wasted as you only purchase the colours you like to wear. Even with much use, the cube will last a long time.

I have built up a good collection of colour cubes now to match different outfits for different occasions.

There are many beautiful colours to choose from, from subtle to deep shades and careful colour selection will give you many different looks suitable for day or evening wear.

I usually choose two or three colours to blend together, creating a very professional looking make over, matching with skin tone and colours of outfit to be worn.

After applying foundation over face and eye area I lightly powder over eye area before applying eyeshadow. Then begin with a pale colour shade of ivory applied over the whole of the lid to act as a base for the other colours chosen. Two of my favourite shades are Candy cube, a lovely pink colour, and Berry Ice, a rich burgundy. These two colour combinations will go with most skin tones and many colours of outfits (but not oranges!). Start with Candy cube and gently sweep from inner eye, half way across and under brow. Apply more for more depth of colour if required. Then using Berry Ice start at the outer eye socket and blend inwards toward centre of eye and slightly upwards towards brow but only on outer edge of eye. Go very slightly under bottom lid to complete the look. Be a little careful with this colour as too much applied at once may be too dark for you. Easier to add bit by bit than to have to remove the lot and start again! This look will suit many people, but if pinks are definitely not for you there are so many other lovely colours to choose from. Then just finish off with eyeliner if required and mascara.
