I found this beautician on the internet, text last week Thursday to make my appointment and all booked in for yesterday, Wednesday. I arrived 10 mins early as registration is normally needed. I rang the bell/intercom. No answer. I text to say I was outside. No answer. I called, no voicemail. I waited around in the rain for 20 mins before leaving.I checked the texts again and I'm definitely here on time and on the right day.Lady text me back the next day.

Booked a coouple of weeks before for some treats before my holidays, time and date confirmed on email. Arrived and no answer. Rang and left a message, assuming maybe I'd got the time wrong. Came home and checked and no, the date and time were as I thought.

So no-one had tried to contact me ahead to cancel and even though its now 4 hours after my appointment no-one has called me back.

Very poor service, completely un-businesslike; regular user of beauty salons, and become loyal to those who go out of the way to help me spend with them!
