Shady Business, My Appointment Has Been Cancelled Twice!!!
I contacted 'I lash lab' for eyelash extensions, the office is shared with another business which is not open on Mondays, so if you make a Monday apt you have to ring a SPECIAL bell..... I had my extensions done with a stylist I didn't book with, however this person told me she was the only stylist there until someone else was hired............when I made an apt for a fill, the owner contacted me to re book my apt, no explanation, so I book my apt with the owner.....the day before my apt she called to say her business was broke into, she would have to cancel my apt until she got this handled... something just isn't right with this place, I would not give this place my money or time!!!!!!!!
I would think if this was your company it wouldn't take over a year for you to reply to this review, second... The business is called I Lash Lab, third the review was 100% true, I don't have time to set here and make this up, but if you are affiliated with this company my feelings still remain I will NEVER use I Lash Lab again.
Hmm... Something doesn't seem quite "right" with this review. I am the owner of Lash Lab in London, and for a start we do not share our "office" - we have our own private studio. Secondly, there is no "special bell". With regards to us not opening on Mondays is false - we have always opened on Mondays and have done so right from the start as it is one of the busiest days of the week for us (as per the opening times on our website).
There are quite a few companies called Lash Lab around the world, and even a couple in the UK, so I can't be 100% certain that this review is directed at us....
