This is the worst experience i have ever had at a salon.i am writing this review as a warning to other people not to part with their hard earned cash at this salon.i visited this salon yesterday.i never felt welcomed by the staff.the reception lady was literally lying down on the sofa with her eyes closed.the filipino lady was hiding her face as if i have come to arrest her.i got the vibes as if i disturbed them because they were busy relaxing and sleeping.the staff are incrediblyrude,arrogant,unapproachable,and would rather talk to each other than communicate with their clients.will never visit this salon again.the owner of the salon is equally rude and arrogant so i am not surprised to see such behaviour of her staff.

Even if I get free treatment I will not go here. The owner has lots of attitude and never wants to listen. The staff is chatting among themselves and not interested in listening to your comment. They spoiled by face with their treatment and when I complained to the owner, she just ignored it. Warning ladies don't ever go there.

Friends this place is really terrible. The owner is not at all interested in her job and mostly out of the saloon, further there is no one who is guide you to what is best. The people who have reviewed the saloon as good are her family members (sister, nieces and friends). Please never visit this place. Their girls created a mess with my face as well as hair on two different occasions.

I was visiting kuwait and had gone to this parlour. The person who took my appointment messed up the appoitment. Further when I went there the owner was very rude with lots of attitude - her name being Luiza. Far from apolozing she just argued - not with the slightest indication that it is a hospitality industry and she needs to be polite. Further the person who was attending to me was gossiping about the owner to her colleagues.

Word of causion - Please don't ever visit this parlour. Its the worst not only in kuwait but in the world. The quality of service - terrible, owners attitude - worst and the other girls very bad.

please never never never enter this parlour......... its the worst not only in kuwait in the entire uae....... have never seen such place. Their hygiene is pathetic and so their knowledge about the products. The owner is just done some small courses in beauty and thinks she is the queen of beauty........ sadly she doesn't know that she is not good at all. Spoiled my hair. There are 8 other girls who keep talking among themself.

PLS DON'T GO TO THIS PARLOUR. THE WORST PARLOUR IN KUWAIT. THE STAFF IS SO ILL MANNERED AND THE OWNER DOESN'T KNOW HER SUBJECT WELL. THEY MESS UP ALL THE APPOINTMENTS AND ONLY WANT TO EXTRACT MONEY.

Their simple unreasonable. I hate that salon. People just look like sad and greedy . Their work is incomplete and totally not satisfying . I'd never want to go there again. beauty glow is very cheap n they do a better job any day!

Had gone to this parlour yesterday. The owner was not present. The staff was gossiping and talking among themself. Their products was not good. Please don't visit this, not worth it

I feel that it is one of the Best Salons in Salmiya with best staff filled with good behavior and superb knowledge about their work.

It's been 5 years I have been to this salon and since then it there has been a immense improvement in my hair growth and texture of my skin. Thanks to Luisa Aunty for giving me timely and rich advise.

Overall I can say very proudly that I am lucky to have a Salon like Exotique.
