Complete Bodyworks, Leeds

I tried Complete Bodyworks whilst my regular beautician was on holiday. From the start this was an awful experience for me. I was due to go on holiday late that night and was desperate for a treatment which is the only reason I didn't walk out. I think this business has been recently taken over. The appearance of the site was substandard, with shelves falling off the walls. Once in the treatment room, the seemingly inexperienced beautician began to wax my legs, the wax was too hot and when i explained this she said that this was standard temperature, this hot wax result in skin peeling off my legs. As she pulled the waxing strips off, no hair came with it, she suggested this was my fault and it because of my hair type, despite the fact that I have had 6 weekly leg waxes with no problems for the last 5 years.

She continued to attempt waxing, with very patchy results. After 2 hours of this she ran out of wax and told me she couldn't continue, what a relief! If I wasn't desperate I would've walked out hours before. I ended up having to shave. She obviously didn't charge me for this, but still charged for my eyebrow, upper lip and bikini wax (I stupidly paid). Yet another issue, when having my bikini line waxed, she explained that she could only take it to the crease of my leg and that was a bikini wax (she wasn't qualified to perform brazilian), but wouldn't even take it slightly further in without extra charge. I have visited many salons over the years and never experienced this before.

I will obviously never go there again!!!
