The Dermatology department does not have Lazer.

Mr Wisam Alwan is a pediatric dermatology surgeon who does not do pediatric dermatology surgeries, at all. Only consultations. His view is that until age 16, children can move during any procedure, so general anaesthesia is required, however he does not do general anaesthesia or sedation. In practice, for children, he is a consultant only, 250 pounds for a very nice general chat. For 16+, Mr Alwan doesn't like to do procedures either, unless it's bleeding and is essentially already cancer.

My son saw Mr Cavale today we had a great experience.Just wanted to say how lovely the staff at Cadogan Clinic were including the HCA Paris so friendly and professional.

I went to the cadogan clinic to have a mole removed from my foot. It was a 15 minute procedure. 3 months late and I am still not walking properly. Feet are notoriously sensitive (I have since discovered). I wasn’t even given the most basic advice to elevate the foot above the heart. They let me walk out with a small dressing on, no crutch to take the weight off the foot. The scar was extremely painful and I was given minimal help by nurses. I am presently waiting for them to contact me about scar treatment and nobody has got back to me. Do not use this clinic.

I booked an appointment,had to pay up front..OK but then no-one could send through price indication on mole removal or methods.

Had appointment with consultant and told me id need to come back and see a second consultant.Never told additional payment.

On first appointment told "I can easily remove those if you want, shall I?"pointing to several that irritated me most. Yes please, thank you! So pleased.I thought it was a complementary treatment.!! He added "But the others need further investigation."

When I left I was charged £150( and he could have removed upto 3x removal,I later found out.Had two frozen at that time, refused to do anymore.paid £150.

2nd appointment.told several suspect and as I was led to surgery room told by staff to pay several hundreds.!

"We don't know why"was receptionists reply.why now,I'm half way down the stairway to theatre! can't wait til its done..? no.

I was kept waiting in theatre quite a while.2x biopsies take

Next appointment with leading consultant had a complete removal of one.

Later told I need follow up appointments,no charge for first but chargeable fir others..which is reasonable.

I feel completely misled by Cardogan clinic. I made it very clear that I needed to visit with the consultant when booking the first visit (cost £50). I then turned up and was seen by the beauty therapist. She said almost straight away that I would have to come back for a 2nd appointment with the consultant, and said I would not be charged for this. I then went to the 2nd appointment and afterwards was informed that I had to pay £150! At no point prior to the appointment was I told that the consultation was chargeable. When I complained about this they admitted I was misled by the beauty therapist and said I had to pay regardless. They were exceptionally rude whilst dealing with the situation. They then did not send quotes for the treatment discussed with the consultant, so the whole experience was a complete waste of my time and cost me £50 plus travelling into London twice (£100). Disgraceful customer service.

I was burnt seriously All over my chest by this supposed award Chelsey clinic. They recommended me A traitement Which was supposed to be painless and quick before a 2 weeks trip to my honeymoon and trip to a charity I support in Africa. They Now refuse to help and recognised what they did and hide behind the fact they did to a patch on my legs (when they burnt my chest) 5 months early. I faint and fell ill For days and was completely burnt but they told me it was “ normal and go home”. Since then (A month later) I have been to see a burnt specialist every week who is still treating me and advise that I should not go on the sun for a year and it may never recover! This clinic not only was unprofessional And negligent but refuse to assume their responsibility or care about their patients. For all women who are looking for any treatment avoid this clinic by all means .

Absolutely wonderful care - so very pleased I chose this clinic - from the moment i called to after my treatment I have been extremely well-looked after. Staff are efficient, professional and my results are fantastic - thoroughly recommend!
