I am going on holiday in 2 days so I wanted to get a wax for the first time. I recieved a full leg wax, Brazilian and under arm wax. The lady in question that had done my waxing was pleasant enough, and as it was my first expected that the job would have been done properly so therefore did not feel the need to check and inspect it there and then!

Yet when I got home and took my jeans off I fould that in fact I still had a lot of stubble, even though they said and I knew that I had grown my hair long enough.

They were supposed to be open till 8pm however they did not answer their phone.

I emailed and no response! The following morning I went back to the salon, this time the owner was there. I had simply stated could I have her opinion and explained that I had a wax the previous day but what was her opinion as to how it feels! The owner's face had dropped and asked "where did you have this done" to which I replied "here". Her facial expressions then changed adn she got very defensive. I said that you do not expect to pay £60 for this treatment and it not to be done properly. She was not very forthcoming or polite about the situation. Finally reluctantly said she would wax me again, however, she did not. She only put a little wax on the areas that had clearly been missed adn then proceeded to pluck others out with tweazers!

This is NOT exceptable. She refused to re-wax the areas again and nor would refund any money.

I am now going on friday and will still have to shave and wasted £60 pounds, that I could not afford in the first place.
