Non-existent Custome Service
I originally bought this product 2 years ago and loved it. I misplaced it recently so re-ordered on 7/1/16. At the end of July I hadn't received my merchandise and thought that was a long enough time for the product to come. On 8/9/16 I emailed originalqstick.com informing them that I hadn't received my merchandise inclusive of the invoice for them to reference. No response. Then on 8/19/16 I followed up again asking them to respond within 3 days if not I would call my CC company to dispute the charge. CRICKETS! I know it is only $14, but it's the principle of things that I write this review.
If you are lucky enough to receive your merchandise, I think you will like what it does. But if you don't, GOOD LUCK getting a response.

No Way.. Yes Way!
I thought this to be a scam. Boy was I wrong! This thing pulls hairs by the dozen NO PROBLEM - Pretty neat, not painful when compared to waxing and geez, however thought if this is a goddamn genius!

Great Type Of Hair Remover, But I Found A Better Version
I've tried a number of this type of facial hair remover and this is the one that has worked best. I've been using it for a few months and have found it to be easy and effective for me. I have used it all over my face, with great care avoiding eyebrows and eyelashes. I adjusted quickly to the initial stinging and it hasn't left any irritation on my sensitive skin. I like that I can use it as often as I like and after a few times of use, it seems some of the hair hasn't grown back. I focus mostly on my upper and lower lips, and use tweezers for the more stubborn ones that are thick and deep. My hair is dark. I've used bleaching creams that weren't effective for very long, plus were irritating to my skin. I also tried waxing which caused redness, dryness, irritation and pimples. I resolved to tweezing but (at age 57), I have too much facial hair to tweeze every one. It had become my latest retirement project! This facial hair remover has been a blessing to my rather simple primping routine. That routine is especially simple now! I don't usually write reviews, but if this can be of help to one woman it will have been worth it. I know there are other women like myself who don't go to spas or spent much time in salons or reading beauty magazines to learn what tools and techniques are available, yet we also desire to look as attractive as we can.

Quick Shipping
Saw the TV commercial and bought the 2-pack for $30. Must say that it's the best as seen on TV purchase I've ever made! Works like a charm!!!
Rarely use my tweezers. I keep a Qstick in the car and in my cupboard in the washroom. Never miss a hair and always get super smooth skin after hair removal. I can see the white hair follicles after each usage. Will be buying more on LivingSocial or Groupon again and stock them for future usage. (They'll last about 3-4 months IMO)

Simply The Best
Love the original QStick! I use it all the time now. It's a part of my routine and outpaces my tweezer by a big stretch!
Have bought quite a few for friends and family. They all agree that this is an ingenious device.

Low Quality Material! Pinched And Hurt
I have used epilation tools and most of them are really good. I was a bit disappointed by the experience with Q stick. The tool worked well for about a week but then I noticed that storing it in a dry place (drawer) in the bathroom was a bad idea. It started to not work as well and pinched. I got 2 of these on sale from LivingSocial but had the same experience with both. Apparently the tool has small rust patches that develop over time if you keep it in a damp place like bathroom. Considering that none of the other things in my bathroom rust, it comes down to poor workmanship.

Q Stick Does What It Says
The Q Stick Hair Removal Tool does what it says it will, which is a pleasant surprise. I couldn't give it 5 stars because the process does sting a bit, but with practice and technique, that can be diminished. I find that, especially on the upper lip, keeping the skin taut is imperative! Also, applying firm pressure immediately after will lessen any redness and help prevent bumps. Continued use does seem to inhibit hair growth, another plus. All in all, I think this was a worthwhile purchase and a very good value for the money.
Qstick
Dont waste your money - useless!!! There were no negative stars available, so I had to rate one.
Just Snapping Hairs?
I was sooo excited the first couple of times I used this. It does hurt a bit, but less and less the fewer hairs there are to be grabbed by the spring mechanism - and it's kind of a fun/addictive little action.
I've been using it on my upper lip, where I only have fine, very blonde hair but sometimes I get paranoid foundation sticks to that area and creates a shadow (dear god no!). So I just used it and went to inspect my face under a very bright light. To my dismay I saw tiny stubs of blonde hairs - the q stick seems to have just been breaking the hairs instead of pulling them out from the root. I may as well have been shaving!
This may not be an issue for people with thicker hair however, but definitely check the spring to make sure you can see the roots of the hair are being removed.
